Yorgos Pirpassopoulos
Yorgos Pirpassopoulos, born in Adelaide Australia, moves to Athens, Greece and starts performing professionally in theatre and tv at the age of 14. Coming from a theatrically wealthy background, his grand mother Marika Nezer and his father Konis Pirpassopoulos have both led well respected careers in theatre and film.
Theatrical studies in Athens and Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts (RADA) in London helped him broaden his horizons and shape his experiential techniques.
His 25years career includes participation in some of the most successful tv series, starring in sold out theatrical performances and acting in films directed by leading Greek cinematographers and produced by well respected professionals.
In addition to this, Yorgos "represents" brands with voice overs, radio and tv advertisements the last 20 years.
Currently a member of Hellenic Film Academy Board of Directors and former President of the Greek Actors Union.
